5.  SUPPLY AND ACCOUNTS SECTIONS.

(a)  SUPPLY SECTIO

  Nature of work:

(i)  All supply matters to ensure steady supply of various articles to different camps and homes etc.

(ii)  Procurement of food stuff (cereals and pulses) for the camp inmates and supply thereof.

(iii)  Procurement of clothing garments etc. for camp inmates and distribution thereof.

(iv)  Any other matters related to distribution and supplies to different sections of the Directorate as may be assigned by the DRRC/RRC.

(b)  ACCOUNTS SECTION

Nature of work:

(i)  All accounts matters such as drawal of salaries, T.A. Bills of the staff attached to the Headquarters, etc. advance for cash doles and contingencies, disbursement of the dues of the staff attached to the Headquarters.

(ii)  To incur payment for purchase of food grains, clothing, petrol and stationeries/equipment etc.

(iii)  All payment matters.

(iv)  P. L. Account and permanent advance.

(v)  Audit, Accounts and Budget matters.

(vi)  Monetary matters related to production centres, camps and homes and purchase of articles.

(vii)  Court cases related to the above.

(viii)  Any other work as may be assigned by the DRRC/RRC.

6.  CAMPS AND HOMES SECTION

Nature of work:

(i)  All matters relating to camps and Homes under the Directorate.

(ii)  Rehabilitation of Camp inmates including allotment of plots to camp inmates if any.

(iii)  Winding up and amalgamation of camps and Homes and resettlement of the inmates.

(iv)  Court cases relating to the above.

(v)  Coordination of work relating to providing dry-doles/ cash-doles/clothing etc. to inmates of Camps and Homes.

(vi)  Any other work as may be assigned by the DRRC/RRC.
