come within the purview of Administration Section. However the main functions are as follows:-
(i) All establishment matters.
(ii) Repair and maintenance of office building, furniture and equipments etc.
(iii) All matters relating to general administration.
(iv) Transport Section.
(v) Purchase of office stores/stationery/equipments etc.
(vi) Court cases relating to the above.
(vii) Matters related to delegation of special powers of Executive Magistrate/
Registrar to R. O. /Kgo-I
(viii) Matters relating to condemnation board and disposal of unserviceable stores etc.
(ix) Protocol duties.
(x) Any other work as may be assigned by the DRRC/RRC.
OFFICER IN CHARGE: DEPUTY DIRECTOR (ADMINISTRATION)
Dy. Director (Administration) is in the charge of the administration section under supervision of the Deputy Refugee Rehabilitation Commissioner and as such responsible for effective administration and supervision of all sections attached to the administration sections.
2. LAND SECTION
Nature of work:
(i) Monitoring and compilation work on execution, registration, distribution of deeds, acquisition of lands and updating of records thereof, transfer of land, other relevant land matters etc. and coordination with the district and sub-divisions for the purpose.
(ii) Allotment of land and execution of lease deed etc. excepting in the colonies under the direct control of Regularisation section of the Directorate.
(iii) Regularisation of colonies under 998 group.
(iv) The Tenement Schemes under the jurisdiction of the Directorate and allotment of land to individuals under the Panchannagram CMDA schemes etc.
(v) Reports and returns related to works concerning the subject committee, Advisory Committee, Sub-Divisional Implementation Committee and District Implementation Committee and any other committee, Assembly questions etc.
(vi) All matters relating to transfer of land of different Departments including the Railway lands to R. R. & R. Department and acquisition matters.
(vii) Liaison with the District/Sub-Divisions on land matters and related rehabilitation matter.
(viii) Court cases related to the above.
(ix) Any other work as may be assigned by the DRRC/RRC.
