I am directed to refer to your departments letter No.1857G & M / 16M-8/87 dated 26th July, 1995 regarding sale of 80 single room tenements in Behala Colony in possession of non-displaced persons. The Ministry conveys its approval to the viuation of Rs. 40,965/- and Rs. 42,765/- per tenement as works out by the state Government on respect of Ground Floor and First Floor single room tenements respectively on the basis of present day cost minus deprecition as was prescribed in this Ministry is letter No. 14(16)/89-RR dated the 11th October, 1989, The state Government mat now preceed futher with the sale of 80 single room tenements to the non-displaced presosn stricity in accordance with the terms and conditions laid down in the Ministry's letter No. 14(16)/89-RR dated the 11th October, 1989. It is further requested that a report indicating the progress of disposal of tenements may please be sent urgently.
