In case of sale of the tenement by the present case of sale of the tenement by the present allottee after the expiry of the aforesaid period of ten years, the Government, if it permits such sale, will be entitled to claim and recover 50% of the un-earned increase in the cost of land. The decision of the Government as regards the price of the land at the time of such sale will be final.

h) Each allottee will have to accept the terms and conditions of the offer allotment within 30 days of the date of offer and to deposit the full amount or 20% of the cost, as the case may be, within 3 months of the date of offer failing which the offer will be treated as withdrawn.

4. The Head of Account to which the sale proceeds of the tenements in question will be credited will be intimated separately.

5. This issues with the concurrence of the Ministry of Finance (L&R) vide their U.O. No.3007/L&R/74, dated 21-5-74.
