Sub : Placement of fund as 'Permanent Advance' in respect of Production Centres under R. R. & R. Dte
A question of placement of fund as 'Permanent Advance' in favour of the D. R. R. C. W. B. R. R. & R. Dte. for exclusive purpose of purchase of raw materials and other charges in respect of the four Production Centres under this Deptt. has been under consideration for sometime past.
2. After due consideration of all aspects of the proposal, the Governor is hereby pleased to place a sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) only as 'Permanent Advance' in favour of the D. R. R. C. W. B.. R. R. & R Dte. for exclusive purpose of purchase of raw materials and other charges of four Production Centres Viz Uttarpara, Habra, Titagarh and Kamarhati Bamboo Processing Centre under this Deptt. subject to observance of Rule 88 of W. B. F. R.-I as modified under Notification No. 4420-F dt. 19. 4. 88.
3. The 'Permanent Advance' as sanctioned above is to be drawn against the allotment of fund for the Production Centres from the respective budgetary head of accounts.
4. All concerned are being informed.
