This Indenture of Lease made this ................................................ day of .............................of Two Thousand and ...........................Between the Governments of the State of West Bengal herein referred to as “the Lessor” (which expression shall include his successor in office and assigns) of the One Part.
And the Chairman of the [Name of the District] District Primary School Council (The names of the office bearers and the members of the Executive Committee with their full description should be noted here) situated at .............................District of .................................... hereinafter called “the Lessee” (which expression shall include their respective representative successors in office representative or their assigns) of the Other Part.
Whereas certain lands were acquired by the Government of West Bengal through its Refugee Relief & Rehabilitation Department (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Government’) under the provisions of West Bengal Land Planning & Department Act, 1948 of which the plots of land hereinafter mentioned and described in the schedule hereunder written form part and whereas the Government is seized and possessed of the lands mentioned AND Whereas the Lessee applied to the Government for grant and demise unto the Lessee the said plot of land mentioned and described in the schedule hereunder written and described in details for the purpose of construction of school building of
....................................................... for the benefit of the people of the locality who were displaced persons from the erstwhile East Pakistan now Bangladesh and also the people of the adjoining locality AND whereas the Government has agreed to grant and demise the said land to the Lessee on payment of Rs. 1/- per year on the terms and conditions hereinafter expressed and also in Government Order No. ...........................
