to the Government or should the Lessee fail and/or neglect to observe, fulfill or perform any of the terms, conditions or covenants herein contained or the part of the Lessee to be observed, fulfilled and performed, the Government shall have the right to determine and demise hereby granted and re-enter and take possession of the said land mentioned and described in the schedule hereinunder written or any part thereof together with the structure standing thereon.
6) Provided further that should the Lessee after duly and faithfully observing and fulfilling all the terms and conditions and covenants herein written desirous of renewing the demise for a further period, shall give six months previous notice thereof then the Lessor may let out the demise for the further period of such terms and conditions as the Lessor may think fit.
