Sub. :  Monthly Proforma Report On R.R Works/Performance.

For better management of activities relating to the relief & rehabilitation of refugees & also in order to keep higher authorities in Govt. informed about the progress of these activities a monthly report of the same in respect of your district is necessary.

Accordingly a proforma is enclosed herewith for submission of monthly report by 5'th of next month to the Deputy r.R Commissioner by FAX or by Special Massenger(FAX NO. 03323247089).

You are, therefore requested to take necessary action & ensure for sending progress report of R.R & R. activities to R.R. Directorate by 5'th of next month positively.
