The undersigned is directed to say that in view of the rising price index the question of enhancement of the ceiling of discretionary grant sanctioned by the Ministerin-Charge. R. R. & R. Department to the distressed refugees has been under consideratior. of Govt. for sometime past.
2. The undersigned is now directed by order of the Governor to say that after due consideration of all aspects of the matter the Governor has been pleased to accord sanction the enhancement of the discretionary grant by the Minister-in-Charge. R. R. & R. Department from Rs. 200/- (sanctioned vide Memo. No. 6148-H & M. dated 22. 8. 84) to Rs. 500/- to an individual.
3. The undersigned is also directed to say that the application for sanctioning such grant may be recommended by the M. P./M. L. A./Mayor of Municipal Corporation/ Sabhadhipati. Ziiia Panshad/Sabhapati, Panchayat Samity/Chairman. Munocipatity/Member of R. R. Advisory committee.
4. This order becomes effective with immediate effect.
