STANDING ORDER
In terms of Rule 20 of the Rules of Business made by the Governor of West Bengal under Article 166 (3) of the Constitution of India. I do. hereby order that
1. The following matters stated be brought to my personal notice by the Secretary Refugee Relief & Rehabilitation Department (i) All matters involving policies relating to the relief and rehabilitation of the refugees including financial commitments which may affect the State Exchequer
(ii) All matters relating to appointment and disciplinary proceedings of Officers of the R. R. & R. Department of Assistant Secretay and above and 3! R R. & R. Directorate of Deputy Director and above.
(iii) Proposals for overiding the recommendations of the P. S. C. West Bengal.
(iv) All cases of release. disposal and transfer of lands. tanks. ponds etc. already acquired.
(v) All cases of fresh acquisition of lands.
(vi) All matters relating to the West Bengal Legislative Assembly and Parliament.
(vii) All cases to the submitted to Cabinet.
(viii) All cases of stoppage of doles and their restoration.
(ix) All such other matters as I may pass orders for being brought to my notice from time to time.
2. Residual cases not covered by the above shall be disposed of by the Secretary. R. R. & R. Department. unless in his opinion any such case is of such importance that it should be placed before me for orders.
