DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
This deed of release is made this the___________day of One thousand nine hundred__________between the Governor of the State of West Bengal(hereinafter referred to as the Governor) on the one part and Shrli/Sm.______________Son.daughter of /Wife of________________________________________at present residing at ________________________________________ hereinafter called the mortgagor on the other part.
Whereas by a loan Bond dated_______________ made between the Governor on the one Part and the mortgagor on the other part registered in the office of the Sub-Registrar of_________________ District__________________ in Book No. _______________Volume No. ________________Page No.______________Being No.___________________for the Year___________________ the properties described in the Schedule hereunder written were mortgaged by Shri/Sm. _______________________ Son, daughter or wife of___________________the mortgagor by the borrower, with interest thereon.
And whereas the sum of Rs._____________________________ only as prin6pal and interest accrued dues under the said deeds were remitted by Governor. Now the indenture witnesseth that in consideration of the sum of Rs._________________
_____________________________only being the principal and the interest respectively due under' the said deed having been remitted by Government. the Governor hereby releases and reassures the properties described in the schedule hereunder written from all principal money, interest claim and demands secured by the said deed. And the Governor hereby covenants to with the mortgagor that the Governor has not done or knowingly suffered or been a party or party to any act, deed or thing whereby or by reasons whereof the said properties or any part thereof is or are may be encumbered or affected in any way whatsoever.
