(v) One family member should be above 40 years or below 60 years of age but capable of earning a livelihood. Alternatively, a close family member, being not a dolee, should undertake by affidavit to maintain and support the dolee for the rest of her life. That member should have helped her over the years and should be closely related, e.g. son, daughter. brother, sister or husband's brother and sister or their children or their spouses.
4,2. The Camp comprises of barracks, each barrack having several living units. Each unit comprises of a living room, a kitchen and a verandah with a small plot of land behind and in the front covering an area of around 1 - - Cattah on an average.
4.3. The undersigned is directed to say that under the proposed scheme each single unit family, i.e. family having only one dolee member will be given one such unit and each family having more than one dolee member will be given 2 such adjoining units.
4.4 Further. at the time of rehabilitation, the following financial asistance will be granted to the families :—
(i) house building laon of Rs. 9.000/- (Rupees nine thousand) only per family.
(ii) Maintenance grant Rs. 45/- only per month per dolee member for three months i.e. Rs. 135/- (Rupees one hundred thity five) only per dolee member in all.
(ii) small trade laon of Rs. 50001- (Rupees five thousand) only for the multi-unit family nad Rs. 10001- (Rupees on thousand) only for single unit family.
5. Before implementation of the scheme, all the unauthorised illegal encroachers of Habra Homes, if any, shall be evicted immediately by the distnct administration.
6. The Deputy Refugee Rehabilitation Commissioner, West Bengal (and the District Magistrate, North 24-Parganas) will take appropriate action to Implement the proposed scheme and fumd [necessary for this purpose) will be placed on specific requisition in due course.
7. The undersigned in further directed to say that the Governor is further pleased to retain the Habra Home (i.e.Camp-II) in the district 24-Parganas (North) Bansberia Women's Home in the district of Hooghly and the Chandman (Amalgamated) P. L. Home in the district of Nadia as permanent Home.
8. All concerned are being informed.
9. This order take immediate effect.
