2.2 A few barracks would be retained, as recessary. to house the offices and stores etc. and the inmates who are not willing or not in a position to take rehabilitation and who are unwilling to be shifted to other homes because of their contacts with or dependence on people in the neighbourhood formed through long association over the years.


2.3 The conditions for eligibility for rehabilitation will be as follows
(i) She should be a registered dolee;
(ii) She should have indicated her willingness to take in-situ rehabilitation:
(iii) One family member should be below 50 years of age but capable of earning livelihood:
(iv) if she is not in a position as stated at above, a close family member being not a camp Inmate should undertake by sworn affidavit to maintain and support the &lee for the rest of her life. That member should have helped her over the years and should be closely related e.g. son. daughter. brother. sister or their children or spouses.

3. Fund necessary for this purpose will be placed at the disposal of the Deputy Refugee Rehabilitation Commissioner. West Bengal later on specific requisition.

4. All the unauthorised encroachers at Titagarh Home. if any, shall be removed Immediately by the district administration.

5. Deputy Refugee Rehabilitation Commissioner & District Magistrate. North 24-Parganas will take appropriate necessary action in the matter.

6. This order takes immediate effect.

7. This order issues with concurrence of Finance Department vide their U.0 No. 339/FA dated 12.8.97.
