The undersigned is directed to inform that the Plot No_________________________with mesurement given on the reverse in G.S.Scheme. P.S________________ District_____________________ has been allotted to him/her or, the following conditions
- The plot should not be let out by him/her.
- He/She should take possession of his/her allotted plot within a fortnight from the receipt of this letter failing which his/her allotment may be considered as cancelled.
- He/She should start to erect his/her house on the plot within three months. from the receipt of this letter failing which his/her allotment may be considered as cancelled.
- No House Building Loan will be paid from this Department as per existing Rules.
He/She is requested to take possession of his/her allotted plot from........................................ who will arrange delivery of physical possession 01 the plot.

The undersigned is directed to state that the matter relating to utilisation of R. R. !ands acquired by this Department has been engaging the attention of the Govt. in the R. R. & R. Department for quite sometime and after a careful consideration it has been decided that conventionally Govt. recognized/Govt. sponsored/Govt. aided educational institutions may be conferred 99 years of lease in respect of R. R. Land.
