The Committee members would sit at least once every month to review the progress of work with reference to targets and sort out problems and bottlenecks at various stages of implementation through mutual discussions across the table. The minutes of the meeting of the implementation Committee are to be forwarded to the Refugee Relife Commissioner at 10, Camac Street, Kolkata-700017 and also the Refugee Relief & Rehabilitation Department regularly preferably by the 1st Week of the next month.
5. The District implementation Committees will start their functioning with immediate effect.
