The undersigned is directed to say that the proposal for enhancement of ceiling rates of House Building Loan/Assistance for the purpose of rehabilitation of Home families was under active consideration rf the Government in the Refugee. Relief and Rehabilitation Department .for some time past.
2. After careful consideration of the matter the Governor is pleased to direct that henceforth the existing rates of House Building Loans/Assistance shall be enhanced as follows :
