- The plot should not be let out by him/her.
- He/She should take possession of his/her allotted plot within a fortnight fr-r^ the receipt of this letter failing which his/her allotment may be considered as cancelled.
- He/She should start to erect his/her house on the plot within three months from the receipt of this letter failing which his/her allotment may be considered as cancelled.
- No House Building Loan will be paid from this Department as per existing Rules. He/She is requested to take possession of his/her allotted plot from----------- who will arrange delivery of physical possession of the plot

Sub : Enhancement Cash/dry doles for Home inmates.
The undersigned is directed to say that in view of the rate of prices of the essential commodities the question of enhancement of cash dole for the Home inmates under this department has been under consideration of Govt. for some time past.
2. The undersigned is now directed by order of the Governor to say that after due consideration of all the relevant aspects of the matter the Governor has been pleased to accord sanction to the enhancement of the said doles from Rs. 125/-(sanctioned vide Memo. No. 1327-H&M dt. 6.4.1990) per head per month to Rs 320/- (Rupes three hundred twenty) only per head per month. The appointment of the amount in respect of cash and dry doles shall be as follows
