3. The undersigned therefore, is now directed to say that, after careful consideration of the matter, it has been decided, in modification of this Deptt. Memo. No. 6347- Rehab dated 5. 9. 84, that Site plan to individual plot-holders may be issued in case of very emergent necessity only. The plot holder may be advised to get the same prepared in identical scale as of the L. 0. P. available in the R. R. Dte. office and submit the same to R. R. Office in duplicate for verification and authentication.

4. One copy of the site plan thus perpared and authenticated by R. R. Office, free of costs. may be delivered to the individual plot holder to serve his special emergent purpose.
