Sub : Guidelines for supplying certified copies of the registered Free-Hold
Title Deeds issued by the R. R. & R Department.

1. A question arose as to the modalities of delivery of certified copies of the registered Free Hold Title Deeds when prayed for by the holders/heirs on proper requisition.

2. The matter was taken up with the Judicial Department of this Govt. After careful consideration the Government has since been advised that on proper requisition. the certified copies on xerox copies of the registered free-hold title deeds with Non-judicial stamp of Rs. 10/-(Rupees ten) only may be granted on payment of comparing charges on the basis of number of words at existing rates.

3. Henceforth, certified copies to the applicants concerned on proper requisition may be granted as per the guidelines indicated above.

4. This order issues with the concurrence of the Inspector General of RegistrationWest Be'ngal vide his Under Order No. 78. dt.

Sub : Issue of site-plan to the refugee families having been conferred free-hold title deed.

The Government of West Bengal in the R. R. & R. Department issued instructionsunder this Department Memo No. 6347-Rehab dt. 5. 9. 84 to issue site plans of the allotted regularised plots to the refugee deedholders. on their demand. by the appropriate authority on payment of a nominal fee of Rs. 5/- for each site plan and Rs. 10/- forevery three site plan.

2. As the regularisation of 607 group of colonies and issue of the freehold title deeds are time-bound schemes, the same will suffer a great setback should site plan be now issued to each individual plot-holders. in view of the pressure of work in this connection.
