Sub :Formation of "Central Condemnation Board"
in the R.R. Directorate.

The undersigned is directed to say that with a view of taking effective steps towards disposal of unserviceable/unsuable and surplus articles and stores lying in four Production Centres Vag. Uttarpara. Habra, Titagarh and Kamarhati Bamboo Processing Centre, Bonhooghly Garage and Government Relief Store. Cossipore, which are under direct control 01 R. R. Directorate. It has become necessary to constitute a "Central Condemnation Board" in the R. R. Directorate.

2. After careful consideration the Governor is pleased to form a "Central Condemnation Board" in the R. R. Directorate with the following Officers  :

In absence of the Chairman, the seniormost member in the rank of the Director will chair the meeting of the Condemmation Board.
Deputy Director(R) will act as the Convenor and Member Secretary of the Central Condemnation Board,

3. Further the Governor is pleased to form a Sub-Committee with the following Officers to assist the Condemnation Board :—

(6) Any other technical expet from respective Directorate/Depatment of the State Government including any State Government controlled ,Organisation, if required. and approved by the Chairman of the Central Condemnation Board.
