1. ADMINISTRATION SECTION :

(ii) Repair and maintenance of oftice building, furniture and equipments.
(iii) All matters relating to general administration. (tv) Transport Section.
(v) Purchase of office stores/stationery/equipments etc. (vi) Court cases relating to the above.
(vii) Matters related to delegatioin of special powers of Executive Magistrate/Registrar to R.O.S./K.G.O.s.
(viii) Matters relating to condemnation board and disposal of stores etc. (ix) Protocol duties.
(x) Any other work as may be assigned by the DRRC/R.R.C.
2. REGULARISATION SECTION :
(i) All matters relating to regularisation of squatters' colonies under the iurisdiction or R.R. 8 R. Directorate such as execution, regularisation, distribution and preservation of deeds and follow up action on proper recording of R.R. land. issue of No Objection Certificate for water connection and electric connection etc., mutation cases. survey matter etc.
(ii) Allotment of land and execution of lease deed thereof in respect of the land located in the colonies, controlled directly by R.R.8..R. Directorate.
(iii) Regularisation work relating to Dakshineswar Technical Scheme.
(iv) Matters relating to issue of certified copies of deed. (v) Court cases related to above.
(vi) Any other work as may be assigned by the DRRCIR.R.0
(viii) Registration of deeds of all types.
3. DEVELOPMENT SECTION :
(i) All matters relating to infrastructure development of rural and urban refugee colonies with central asistance as well as from the State Budget allocation.
(ii) Court cases relating the above.
(iii) Any other work as may be assigned by the DRRC/R.R.C.
4. CAMPS AND HOMES SECTION :
(i) All matter relating to camps and Homes under the Directorate. (ii) Rehabilitation of Camp inmates including allotment of plots to camp inmates if any.
(iii) Winding up and amalgamation of camps and Homes and resettlement of the inmates.
(iv) Court cases relating to the above.
(v) Co-ordination of work relating to providing dry-doles, cash-doles/clothings etc. to inmates of camps and Homes.
(vi) Any other work as may be assigned by the DRRC/R.R.C.
