(b) Period of his/her stay.
(c) In the last three years. how often has the Officer-in-charge been changed?
6 Are all letters received and issued entered in the registers. clearly and concisely?
7. Are the new registers on the following opened every year?
(a) Register of letters received?
(b) Register of letters issued?
8 Are new files intelligently opened subject-wise? Whether the pagination has been done in every case?
9. Has the system of classification of A, B & C papers been carried out with regard to all the collections in the current recordroom? If not, state the explanation when will the work be completed?
10 Does each official (RO/KGO/Clerk) properly keep the Forward diary to note the proper dates for putting up of files? Whether these diaries are verified by the officer-in-charge?
11. Are all the important and valuable records like Gazette Notification for land acquisition Possession certificates. C. S/R. S. maps, site plans. Lay out plans of the colonies Allotment Registers, Conrit/Enumeration Registers preserved in almirahs safely?
12. Are the copies of registered deeds concised properly and bound in volumes a per existing procedure?
13 Are the copies of Lease-deeds (earlier issued) kept properly alongwith the freeho! title dees where -conversion" took place?
