AND WHEREAS during execution of the said indenture. which is hereinafter referred to as the Principal Deed. the following mistakes and inaccuracies have accidentally and inadvertently crept in the said Principal Deed, which require rectification.
AND WHEREAS the Donee (s) requested the Donor to rectify those mistakes and inaccuracies to convey the title flawless and correctly to him/her/them as required under the law and the Donor has agreed to rectify those mistakes hereinafter appearing.
NOW THIS INDENTURE WITNESSETH that the Principal Deed shall be rectified and corrected in the following manner, namely : — (please set out the relevant mistakes only and delete others among the following proforma.).
(a) In the schedule of the Principal Deed the area of the land has been written and recorded as "___________Cottah___________ Chittacks Sq. ft." which should be substituted and read as "__________cottah________chittacks_____________.Sq.ft."
(b) In page 1. line__________,the name of the father of the Donee/the name of the husband of the Donee has been written and shown as "____________" which should be substituted and road as__________________ "
(C) In the Schedule the lay out plot which comprised in the Mouza and C. Si R.S Dag number has not been correctly written and described which should be substituted and described as "Mouza-_______________C.S/R.S Dag No. ___________
(d) (Any other mistake)
That as rectified and modified as aforesaid the principal deed shall remain in full force and effect and this rectified deed should do form part of the principal deed.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF the parties have hereunto set and subscribed their hands and seals the day month and year first above written.
