The Undersigned is directed to refer to his Memo No. 157/ RC(DEV) Dt. 26.2.92. On the above subject to send herewith the relevant Sections and Rules of New Registration Manual Vol-I, Part-I to IV for his kind information and necessary action.
2. The relevant Receipt Books i.e. West Bengal Form No. 1 556 and 1557 may be collected from the Directorate Office of the Inspector General Registration, West Bengal.
3. The fees collected for the purpose may be deposited under head-0030-Stamp and Registration Fees".
4. The certified copies may be issued by the respective Registration Officers appointed for such registration purpose under the R. R. & R. Department.
