In partial modification of the order issued in this Department Memo No. 5962(65)-Rehab/18R-9/87 dated 8.12.1988. the undersigned is directed to say that a new paragraphis to be inserted and read as follows :
2. But the names of the other family members who were eligible and excludedthrough mutual mistake of the parties, may be included in the converted freehold title-deed, provided the Lessee has voluntarily surrendered the said lease-deed expressing the real intention of rehabilitation of such family-members.
In cases where the Lessee disagrees to extend the rehabilitation benefits to other eligible family members, section 26 of the Specific Relief Act has to be applied as laid down in G.O.No.3953(16)-Rehab. dated 2.7.81".
2. The undersigned is directed to say that it has been decided by this Department that the copies of all the documents registered by the R. R. Officers. which are complete in all respects, will be consigned to the respective district registrar's office in bound volume of 100 deeds for records there.
