3. The guideline for selection of allottees by the Committee will be as under
(a) The allottee will have to be a bonafide displaced person, identified and approved;
(b) Rehabilitation category families in R.R. Camps/Homes will deserve to get first priority:
(c) The allottee has not received rehabilitation benefits earlier in the form of loan, grant or site and does not own any dwelling unit in his own name or in the name of any other member of his family within the C.M.D. Area.

(d) “Split up” families may be considered as eligible but each case will be decided on merits,i.e.,whether the candidate concerned has been able to secure any gainful
living or employment or not.
4. The Committee Will Submit its recommedations as early as possible.
5. The C.M.D.A. will hand over possession of plots to the allottees whose letter of allotmen would be sent by this Department to them after finalization.
