C O R R I G E N D U M:

The clause 4 of this Deptt.’s Govt. Order bearing No. 5230 (17)-Rehab-II dt. 02.09.04 will be read as “All such leases will have the approval of the department and the lease will be executed by officers of R.R. & R. Deptt. not below the rank of a Deputy Director or by officers of the district administration not below the rank of S.D.O.” in place of the previous clause 4 of the aforesaid Govt. Order. All other terms and conditions will remain unchanged.
